Pump Supply & Repair Group has over 40 years experience when it comes to repairing pumps.
We have a strict procedure that is followed by all our technicians which maximises the speed and efficiency with which the pump can be stripped, inspected quoted and then repaired back to OEM standards.
When a pump enters the workshop for Repair it is allocated an Internal Reference (IR) Number, and a Quality Management (Blue) Folder is kept with each unit.
When Pump Supply & Repair Group sells or repairs a pump for the first time, it is allocated a Tracker Number. This Tracker Number stays with the pump for its entire lifetime, which helps us to calculate the Mean Time Between Failure.
The process is bar coded and tracked electronically at each stage within the workshop, allowing staff members to know the exact location of the pump at all times, and to see the current repair status of the unit.
