We can offer fully qualified and experienced technicians across a wide range of disciplines to work on your site to undertake almost any type of plant shutdown work.

All personnel are SCATS Qualified (Safety Passport), and many are CPI Qualified (Confined Space)

All types of rotating and factory equipment work is frequently undertaken including chillers, vessels, agitators, tanks, valves, motors, mechanical seals and all related work.

Pump Supply & Repair Group can assist to minimise the disruption of the rotating equipment aspect of the shutdown.

As a company with a proven track record, we can be there in the early stages of planning the plant turnaround right up until the end of the outage. Our job is to streamline the entire process of repairing/replacing the rotating equipment.

Services can include:

• Surveying the plant machinery – Condition Monitoring to identify equipment requiring attention.
• Submitting Quotations
• Trained Engineers attend site and carry out work
• Units removed and transported to our workshop for repair
• Units reinstalled and tested if possible
• Alignment, commissioning and testing
